Princess Tiana went from singing about being “Almost There” to claiming her rightful place at Walt Disney World Resort with the news that her dream is coming true after all her hard work!
Giving Tiana a place of her own, D23 announcements included a new resort, “Reflections: A Disney Lakeside Lodge,” complete with a Tiana-inspired, Princess and the Frog-themed restaurant!
Based on the name and lakeside location, it comes as no surprise the décor of the new resort will showcase various beautifully and thoughtfully detailed nature scenes from beloved Disney movies throughout, including a beautiful bayou-inspired restaurant Tiana will be proud of!
The Disney Vacation Club property will be located in between Fort Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. It will feature A-framed house accommodations and treehouse suites, but based on the concept art we’ve seen so far, the jewel will be the beautiful lakeside views at the restaurant, (which has yet to be named).
