Food and wine lovers, unite! Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival will make a return upon the opening of the park on July 15th. Among the many other announcements Disney made in June, the return of the festival was announced along with a fun twist this year. The International Food and Wine Festival will also feature topiaries and merchandise form the Flower and Garden Festival, coining the name as the ‘Taste of Epcot Food and Wine Festival’. The Flower and Garden Festival had only just begun a few days before the closure of the parks in March. Now, guests will be able to get a ‘taste’ of two of the most popular festivals hosted at Epcot.
However, not everything about this festival will be completely normal. Disney will be placing booths throughout the park instead of solely on The World Showcase. Along with this, the beloved Eat to the Beat Concert Series has been cancelled because of the large crowds these concerts usually form. The JAMMitors, Mariachi Cobre, and other performances throughout the park will continue throughout the day for guests to enjoy.
With 20 global marketplaces, topiaries, and great food and wine there will still be so much to enjoy despite the small changes.

The Tase of Epcot Food and Wine Festival has had no end date announced yet, but Disney vaguely noted that this will run sometime into the fall. Seeing as this will not just be a summer activity at Disney World, a large number of guests will be able to enjoy the yummy food and immaculate topiaries of two outstanding festivals in one!
