I had the pleasure of going to the very first Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party this season Friday, August 17th. I had heard that there was a new Oogie Boogie popcorn bucket this year so I wanted to make sure I got one early in the evening. They are being sold at the popcorn stand that is in the hub, to the right of the castle as you head to Tomorrowland. There is a limit of two per party, not per person, so plan ahead before you reach the counter. The bucket is 17.50 each which includes tax.
The bright lanyard attached to the green bucket is very colorful and makes it easy to wear. The bucket comes with fresh popcorn unless you request it separately in the usual cardboard box. Each bucket is sealed in a plastic bag if you want it that way but it is not easy to carry, so be sure to go to a nearby shop and politely ask for a large bag to carry your Mr. Boogie!
If you desire this popcorn bucket, GO STRAIGHT TO THE STAND UPON ENTERING the party, do not waste time! These buckets were sold out in two hours the first night! You can then carry it with you, which we did or rent a locker to store them. If you are a Nightmare Before Christmas fan, this is a must have collectible!
