Earlier this week, reports flooded in that Disney would not be decorating for Halloween this year. This news came after Disney announced it would be cancelling Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP).

However, we are happy to report that cast members have confirmed there will still be Halloween decorations up at Magic Kingdom this year! It is unclear what the timeline for decorations will be. Due to Covid – 19 precautions, its possible, that the decorations will not be up by mid August, the regular date parties start.

MNSSHP normally runs from mid – August to November 1st, at which point Christmas decorations are put up. The status for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is unknown. If you still want to get your Disney Halloween fix, the 2020 merchandise can be found here.
