Evel Knievel’s son is suing DIsney and Pixar over Toy Story 4 character Duke Caboom. Kelly Knievel, who owns the publicity rights to Evel, says Disney is profiting off of his Dad without asking.

“Evel Knievel did not thrill millions, break his bones and spill his blood just so Disney could make a bunch of money,” the lawsuit states. Therefore, Knievel is seeking upwards of $300,000 in unspecified damages. The trademark infringement case is also alleging false endorsement and unjust enrichment. Disney is, of course, denying the allegations. Spokesperson for the company, Jeffrey R. Epstein, says Disney will defend itself against the claims.

Duke Caboom is a toy in Toy Story 4, voiced by Keanu Reeves. The Canadian stuntman is supposed to be the “greatest ever,” but when he fails to live up to his owners expectations, he loses all his confidence. The lawsuit claims that Knievel and Caboom look similar. It also notes that there are similarities between Caboom and the 1973 stunt toy released by Knievel.
