When we called customer service to verify the time we could use the online code regarding the previous Frozen 2 themed key, we were told it will work at midnight PST, and we were 10 minutes too late! You can also go in-person to a Disney Store location, but prepare to get there early to start lining up before the stores open, because each store only gets a limited number.
