Chadwick Boseman (Black Panther) Has Passed Away

Our Beloved King T’Challa has passed away. Chadwick Bosemon has been battling colon cancer for 4 years. He was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer in 2016. He passed away in his Los Angeles home with his wife and family by his side on August 28, 2020.

Chadwick Boseman has many acting credits under his belt, but Disney knows him as King T’Challa AKA Black Panther. Black Panther grossed 1.44 Billion dollars as one of the installments in the Marvel Universe. His family states “it was the honor of his career to bring King T’Challa to life in Black Panther.” He was set to play in Black Panther 2, which would have released in 2022. Bosemon started off writing and directing, but became known for his role in the 2013 film 42 as the famous Jackie Robinson. Ironically, Jackie Robinson Day was moved to August 28 by MLB. His most recent role was in the film Da 5 Bloods.

Chadwick Boseman will be remembered for many great roles and missed dearly. Wakanda Forever.
