Rafiki’s Planet Watch at Disney’s Animal Kingdom park is going to be closing soon as cast members were informed that the area will close permanently on October 21st 2018. Attractions currently in this area will be incorporated into the main section of the park.
There has been speculation that this area would turn into Zootopia Land but as of now that's only rumors.
