Bob Saget, the star of the famous ABC sitcom “Full House” and presenter of “America’s Funniest Home Videos” from 1989 to 1997, died at the age of 65 in Orlando.
According to TMZ, the famous actor and stand-up comedian was discovered this afternoon in his Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Grande Lakes hotel room in Orlando. Saget was in the middle of a national tour, having just finished his “I Don’t Do Negative” tour at the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando on Friday.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office arrived on the site and declared there were no signs of foul play or drug use. The cause of death has yet to be identified.
Although he is most known for his role as the family man on “Full House,” Saget had a reputation for being a raucous comedian on stage. Saget’s other credits include regular roles on “Entourage,” the voice of future Ted Mosby on “How I Met Your Mother,” and starring roles in “Raising Dad” and “How I Met Your Mother.”
