Boy Donates Birthday Money to Help Evacuees, Now He’s Going to WDW!

6 year-old who inspired millions with his viral act of kindness will get the VIP treatment.

Last week he donated all of his birthday money to help Hurricane Dorian evacuees, this week he was invited to Walt Disney World by Mickey Mouse himself!

Jermaine Bell, 6, of Jacksonville, FL. has spent over a year saving his pennies to fund his upcoming birthday trip for his family to WDW. When Hurricane Dorian caused many to evacuate from their homes in SC, Jermaine took it upon himself to help those fleeing it’s path the best way he knew how: to feed them. While visiting his grandmother in SC, he spent his hard-earned money on water and food to hand out for free to evacuees who were forced to leave their homes.

This past weekend, his kindness was rewarded by the big mouse himself. He was told his trip was not cancelled, and later this month his entire family will get the VIP treatment at the Walt Disney World Resort. Mickey Mouse and a few Cast Members showed up to tell him the good news!
