Hakuna Matata! Build-A-Bear has released yet another must-have Disney plush. This time it’s everyone’s least favorite uncle- Scar from The Lion King.
Scar can is currently part of an online-only bundle that retails for $43.00. The bundle includes the Scar plush and a “Be Prepared” song sound chip. Now that most Build-A-Bear stores are open, Scar can be purchased either stuffed and ready to play or unstuffed. By purchasing Scar unstuffed, fans have the opportunity to go into a Build-A-Bear store to stuff in person.
The new plush joins Build-A-Bear’s already extensive Lion King Collection. Fans of the film can purchase young and adult versions of Simba and Nala, Pumbaa, and Timon. Build-A-Bear is currently having a 30% off sale on Lion King plush, sounds, and clothes. The new Scar plush is not included in the sale.
The plush depicts Scar in his original animated form. The other Lion King plushes in the collection portray the iconic characters in their 2019 live-action remake versions.
