Forky is asking more questions tonight. His first is, what’s an Emmy? The adorable short film series won it’s first Emmy tonight. “Forky Asks a Question: What is Love?” won the Emmy for Outstanding Short Form Animated Program.
“Forky Asks a Question” is a Disney+ animated short film series that follows Forky as he learns about the world around him. Forky learns about things like love, cheese, time, and money. Each short film has Forky learn about these things from his toy friends. It’s a great series, and is very deserving of it’s Emmy.
Hopefully, Disney+ shows continue to win at the Emmy’s. We’ll find out on Sunday!
The 72nd Primetime Emmy Awards will air on Sunday September 20th, 2020 at 8pm EST on ABC.
