Walt Disney World has been presented with a plethora of petitions this year. Fans have decided that it’s time for another one! A Bug’s Life lovers have launched a petition to bring Flik back to Disney’s Animal Kingdom as a meet and greet character. The beloved ant has been missing from the park for a few years, now. The petition currently has over 5,000 signatures! You can sign by clicking here.
The petition reads:
“As of May 2018, Flik, the main character of Disney & Pixar’s “A Bug’s Life” has been cut from the character meet-&-greet experiences at Walt Disney World again!!! Of course he is always be seen in “It’s Tough to Be a Bug!” but it’s a totally heartbreaking disaster now that they decided to take Flik out of Disney’s Animal Kingdom again! “
Currently, the Walt Disney World parks aren’t holding traditional character meet and greets, though we recently reported on new, safely distanced events. Perhaps Flik could make a return to Animal Kingdom’s character cavalcades that guests are raving about.
